By using Give a Toss you agree to use the service responsibly, respect other users, and not misuse reporting or contact channels.

By using Give a Toss ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

The Service

Give a Toss lets community members ("Keepers") register and manage small public-facing assets ("Patches") - such as planters, little libraries, noticeboards, and benches - so neighbours can report issues and follow updates.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and verify it before creating Patches.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant Give a Toss a licence to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or withdraw features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Give a Toss is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
